It took me and the Academic Directors days of debating to come up with a  way of providing a easy and convenient way for students to get timely help with math homework. Actually ever since we came online, our customer care has received a constant flow of requests from students for help with math problems. In a normal one-on-one tutoring environment it was difficult for us to provide such help as the tutors kept busy with their pre-scheduled sessions.
